Credit Card Security: We use Stripe for secure credit and debit card transactions. You may also pay securely by Bank Transfer, cheque or PayPal.

You may telephone or email with your card number. We also need the expiry date and security code on the back of the card. Please include the issue number for Switch/Maestro cards if applicable.

Voucher Codes: One code is valid for any one purchase and applies to online orders only. Codes can be used on more than one order, as long as it is still valid and can be given out for others to use.

Sizes: All sizes are approximate.

Guarantee: We have served many, many satisfied customers over 19 years of trading. You may return goods within 28 days for replacement or refund if dissatisfied with your purchase. Bespoke products are non-returnable unless damaged.

Returning Goods: Please contact us within seven days with your complaint. If returning goods, please retain proof of posting.

Sewn Flags: Most flags are made to order, although we hold stocks of some countries. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of sewn flags, unless you have made other arrangements with us or we have your requirements in stock. Stock flags are all finished with rope and toggle, but you can order other finishes from the drop-down menu on each page. Flags made to order are non-returnable unless faulty.

VAT: We are no longer VAT registered (for the time being, so be quick!). The price you see is the price you pay, excluding delivery.

Goods remain the property of The Impact Group until paid for in full.
