Delivery & Costs

United Kingdom/C.I./I.O.M deliveries cost a flat £2.75 per order for first class post. 

There is no postage charge on orders over £75.00.

For overseas parcels under 2Kg (about 15 5ft x 3ft flags, for example), we can send by post, so please ask for a quote, as it will be cheaper than a courier delivery.

Charges for courier delivery:

UK Mainland
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £9.50 per order. Usually delivers within 1-2 working days.

Scottish Highlands & Islands and Isles of Scilly
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £19.50 per order. Usually delivers within 2-3 working days.

Northern Ireland
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £25.00 per order. Usually delivers within 3-4 working days.

Important Notice about deliveries outside the United Kingdom: any import duty/taxes may be collected when your order is delivered by the postman or courier company. You may first be contacted for payment of such taxes and then the goods will be released to you. Naturally, our delivery charges relate to getting the order to you and any local taxes are obviously completely outwith our control.

Republic of Ireland
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £16.00 per order. Usually delivers within 3-5 working days.

Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man (NB These are on the drop-down menu, so please don’t select ‘United Kingdom.’)
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £28.00 per order. Usually delivers within 3-5 working days.

USA
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £40.00 per order. Usually delivers within 4-8 working days.

Australia
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £62.50 per order. Usually delivers within 4-8 working days.

France; Germany; Belgium; Netherlands
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £22.00 per order. Usually delivers within 3-6 working days.

Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £25.00 per order. Usually delivers within 4-7 working days.

Italy; Luxembourg
Courier delivery charge is a flat rate of £21.50 per order. Usually delivers within 3-9 working days (Luxembourg: 3-6 days).
