Delivery Information

Postage is based on weight and the various delivery options can be calculated at any time at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

Delivery: Orders are usually despatched the same or next working day.

When you can expect your order to arrive:

Orders sent first class will typically reach you in 1 to 4 days from placing your order.

Orders sent second class will typically reach you in 3 to 8 days from placing your order.

Orders sent parcel post will typically reach you in 4 to 8 days from placing your order. We may send these orders by courier (TNT/UPS) at no extra charge and they should only take 2-3 days to be delivered.

Overseas Orders:

These typically take 4 to 10 days to arrive, but please allow much longer as there are often delays somewhere along the line. If you need items urgently, please contact us before placing an order as we work with couriers who can offer a 2-3 day delivery.

Urgent Deliveries:

Please call us on +44 1776 700266 or email us if you want us to check stocks and delivery options. We can usually send items out by Special Delivery on orders received before 3pm. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
