Conditions of Use

Mail-order only. Visitors strictly by appointment.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT @ 15%.

Making a purchase: Change the quantity in the box from 0 to the number you require, then click on 'add products to cart'. To remove an item from your shopping cart, go to your shopping cart and click on the dustbin graphic. When you have chosen all that you want, click on 'go to checkout' and enter the details as requested. You may choose either to pay securely by credit or debit card, go to the PayPal processing page, or send the order to us by email to reserve your flags, then pay by cheque or telephone with your payment details. Alternatively, just email us with details of your order (do not include credit card details at this stage) and we will be in touch promptly.

Shipping and Handling: You can click on 'estimate shipping' underneath your shopping cart contents at any time. Heavy or oversize orders to N. Ireland, Highlands and Islands, I.O.M., Channel Islands and Scilly Isles may incur a surcharge: please enquire.

For delivery outside the U.K., the website will become fully automated to handle payments from most of Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and several other countries.

Delivery: Orders are usually despatched the same or next working day. Flags printed to order take longer and depend on workload. Custom flags take 4-5 weeks typically, but we can sometimes send sooner. We will notify you if there is likely to be a delay. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know so that we may help.

VAT: is extra (15%) for UK and EU citizens.

Credit Card Security: We use Protx for secure credit and debit card transactions. You may also pay securely by PayPal.

You may telephone or fax us with your card number. We also need the expiry date and security code on the back of the card. Please include the issue number for Switch/Maestro cards if applicable.

Sizes: All sizes are approximate.

Guarantee: We have served many, many satisfied customers over ten years of trading. You may return goods within 28 days for replacement or refund if dissatisfied with your purchase. Bespoke products are non-returnable.

Returning Goods: Please contact us within seven days with your complaint. If returning goods, please send to the above address and retain proof of posting. There is a 15% restocking charge (plus delivery costs) for returned goods that are subsequently not required or have been ordered in error.

Orders for stock items cancelled prior to shipping may be subject to a 70p cancellation fee (this is what we get charged to cancel a credit card payment).
